Return Policy
CVDB will accept returns on flawed merchandise only. If a product has a manufacturing defect, CVDB must be notified within 48 hours of delivery for a return to be considered.
CVDB does not reimburse shipping charges or pay return shipping. We will issue a refund or credit upon acceptance and inspection of returned merchandise. Items must be in original, unused condition.
To protect our products from fleas, ticks, mange etc. we do not accept returns on items that have been worn.
